Principal HR Consultant and Founder of Culture & Talent Works
Miki Ackermann
Values and people matter. I come from a place of caring for people. I entered the business world after a departure from social services. My purpose and passion are to help you, your business, and your employees achieve clarity in vision, purpose, and values.
I have over 20 years of experience in leading HR and organizational development strategies in multi-national organizations to small businesses. My educational credentials include a master’s degree in social work, a master’s certificate in Adult Training and Development from the Schulich School of Business, as well as professional training in Human Resources (Humber and Sheridan College) and Organizational Development (Queens University). I hold Accreditation and Certification as a Training and Development Professional (CTDP) with the Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL), and am a Certified Practitioner in MBTI, Barrett Centre Cultural Assessments, and Human Synergistics.
